Saturday exploration

The Tulip Festival
was extreamly windy, lots of walking but alot of fun. Even though there was only 25 % of the flowers blooming it was still beautiful. I love tulips I am so anxious to have them in full bloom. I am also very sad to leave all the flowers I planted the last 2 year while still awaiting their blooms.

Benji played Hide N Seek, and that is serious buisness to him!

Tumbling

This is at the Progressive Power Tumbling Open Gym. We are thinking we will have Benji's Birthday party there this year since our move to the rental in Sandy with be 3 days after his birthday. We have been going here for Open gym once a week since a friend of Benji’s had her birthday there last May. It has been an excellent way to get the energy out for Benji-and a mind saver for me! We wish all our Family could be here for the fun, my mom friends always talk about how fun it would be to have our husbands here for a party too.

bumpy slide 2

I have always had such a tough time posting videos, and for some reason it is working today so here is another, just cause its working today… And because they made me laugh too. This park is about a 10 min walk from our home, and is in my good friend Miss Fisher's neighborhood aka Sister Partridge, great mission companion from NCCM.

Who designs these things, what were they thinking, honestly it looks like a fun idea but don’t they test them out?

It has begun April 6th- 16th

It has begun
The digging started Friday last week, ( the funny thing is I took Benji to watch the digging in action but when we got there as in the picture the workers spent the whole time trying to fix something that went wrong with the digger, so we didn’t get to see any digging action).

April 11th- The completion date for our Lehi home is still up in the air, for end of July or begging of August, our bet and hope is for the 3rd week of July.

So that meant Dan started finishing the projects in our home that was started the month we moved in! Remember Will you came and helped Dan put in a new front door, & Jeff you helped put in the new side door to the spare room when you came. Dan is now putting the finishing touches on these projects yeah. Dan I am so glad that we can enjoy our finished, painted doors for the 4 weeks before we move out. JK Dan. He is really great, he just needs a dead line to finish the job and when he does he does it awesome. Our current plans are to finish all these unfinished projects, de-junk, pack up the house with items for storage and items to take with us to the rental, our temporary move to a fully furnished home in Sandy Utah!
Benjamin graduated to a BIG BOY BED. We bought a bunk bed we got for a great deal on KSL.com its like a craigs list for Utah. He also has begun to work on big boy puzzles, something that amazed me . My baby is growing up.

Journey to Adoption

When we were given our password to begin filling out our online profile questionnaire for LDSFS I was so excited to finally move to the next step on our adoption process; that is until I read further into the questionnaire. Oh my! I am beginning to understand why people get held up on this online process. Dan & I cruised through the first 3/4th of the questions…Now I am frozen on the 10 pages of questions asking to describe all and any possible difficult question you could think of, oh and there are 10 pages for myself and also 10 for Dan too.

So now all my quiet time is devoted to filling this in-depth soul searching section out, the up side (besides becoming closer to being approved for adoption) is I am on a huge head start if ever I want to write a Dangelaelmer history!

So my posts may be a bit sparse-or then again I may procrastinate and keep you all up to date instead.
( Like I am now) We will see, there is only so much soul searching writing one-or two people can do.

These questions help highlight how imperfect we really are, but the more I read them and step back from them (I have taken 3 days off from answering anything) the more they seem possible to answer and less scary, I know it is Heavenly Fathers love and guidance and all our loves ones prayers lifting us through this.

Thank you all for keeping us in your thoughts and prayers!

Here are a few of the fun questions, Casey I know you have a few good examples you (and others too for that matter) could add to some of these if you were writing this for us..
