Update

May 8 Thursday on our way to meet the family we are renting from for dinner, we stopped at the house again. Man they move fast on this part of the building phase. Its fun to see the progress, latter on Im sure we will get frustrated with the lack of speed when they are working on the inside and everything seems slow, but for now its so surprising to see the changes!

hiking

This pic was taken April 26th is already outdated, now they have started framing the house!











We went hiking up a canyon Tuesday morning with some friends if you can call it hiking when you are with 4 kids, 4 & under and 2 dogs. It was nice to get away from the packing and moving clutter of our home. Benji kept declaring he had discovered dinosaur fossils in the rocks. He is stoked for his Dino themed birthday party.

moving forward

Been out for a while. We were busy packing and Dan was making repairs on our home, finally I said no more work on the move until we finish the adoption questionnaire. So Dan finished his 8 pages and proof read mine ( 10 pages) and we finished April 26th. Tonight May 5 we had our individually interviews with our social worker and can now wait for our home study and work on our birth parent letter, collage, and online profile. I may be asking for suggestions on photos to use, once we get some good ones that is. The letter needs to fit on 1 page, both sides can be used and the same goes for the photo-collage.


I am trying to decide if I want to share a link to our blog, on our profile information. The online profile will be linked from itsaboutlove.org or providentliving.org you can see other waiting couples profiles there if you want to...
On the side note, we drove past our home under construction, they have it all back filled and it looks like they are putting the sub floor on now.
